Designed by Delhi-based Aatika Manzar, the store’s layout redefines the experience of visiting a hypermarket and meets the needs of its diverse customer base no matter where they are in their customer journey.
“With Kwality Bazaar, the client wanted us to create a proper shopping experience where customers would not only shop, but also enjoy the vibe of the space. The planning was done keeping in mind the customer movement. Our priority was to place the cash counter at the entry so that once the customer pays, they can directly leave, to prevent unwanted congestion. There was a lot of digital integration keeping the modern online user in mind,” says Aatika Manzar, Founder & Director – Aatika Manzar Designs.
