Under the magic hands of talented Chefs, such as Peter Cuong Franklin or Mark Molnar, our cuisine is more creative and beautiful than ever. Restaurants and resorts also take advantage of the downtime forced upon them by the country's closure to re-train their teams, create new menus, or finish that long postponed renovation. Although the skies still look cloudy, the first rainbows are emerging. Many restaurants and hotels are still closed. Our people suffer.
