परिवार और रिश्ते हमारे जीवन की मूलभूत आवश्यकता हैं। सामाजिक जीवन में भी रिश्तों का महत्वपूर्ण स्थान है। रक्त, प्रेम और आपसी समझ से जुड़े ये रिश्ते अत्यंत नाजुक होते हैं, जिनकी डोर ज़रा सी खींचने पर टूटने का डर रहता है। माँ-पिता, भाई-बहन, मामा, चाचा, बुआ, पति-पत्नी, दोस्त, पड़ोसी आदि कोई भी रिश्ता हो, सभी समर्पण, त्याग और विश्वास से जुड़े हैं। परिवार में रिश्तों की गरिमा और प्रेम का विकास होता रहे, इसी कामना के साथ संस्कार का यह अंक आपको समर्पित करता हूँ।

जीवन में सफलता पाने के लिए श्रम बहुत जरूरी है। विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में नाम कमाने वाले लोगों की सफलता के पीछे उनका श्रम ही है। कहा भी गया है कि कर्म ही पूजा है, जो कर्म को अपनी जिम्मेदारी समझता है, उसे हर कार्य में सफलता मिलती है।

पर्यटन का नाम लेते ही अनेक सुंदर दृश्य आंखों के समक्ष उपस्थित हो जाते हैं। इन दृश्यों को देखने की लालसा सभी की होती है। अवकाश के दिनों में जब हम पर्यटन के लिए जाएं तो राष्ट्रीय धरोहरों को देखें तथा उनके बारे में जानें। सच तो यह है कि पर्यटन स्थल सिर्फ मनोरंजन तक ही सीमित न होकर हमारे ज्ञानवर्धन के साधन भी हैं। राष्ट्रीय धरोहरों को बारे में हम जितना जानने की कोशिश करेंगे हमारी उत्सुकता उतनी ही ज्यादा बढ़ती जाएगी।

हमारे देश में हर पर्व आनंद, उल्लास के साथ-साथ कोई न कोई संदेश नया लेकर आता है। इसमें भी बात अगर रंग पर्व होली की हो तो नज़ारा भी कुछ ऐसा ही होता है। होली का पर्व हम सभी को एकता के सूत्र पिरोता है। अनेकता में एकता भारतीय संस्कृति की विशेषता को चरितार्थ करने वाले रंग पर्व होली को हमें बहुत संस्कारित तथा अनुशासित होकर मनाने का संकल्प लेना चाहिए।

गांव का स्वच्छ तथा सुंदर वातावरण, वहां के रहन-सहन, खानपान, वेशभूषा सभी में एक अलग तरह की मिठास होती है। बचपन के दोस्तों-मित्रों के साथ व्यतीत किए गए समय को आज जब मैं याद करता हूं तो गांव की पूरी तस्वीर मेरे आंखों के सामने आ जाती है। गांव की चौपालें, किसी पर्व पर गांव के सभी लोगों का एकत्र होना, एक साथ पंगत में बैठकर भोजन करना, सभी के दुःख दर्द में शामिल होने का अनोखा जज्बा गांव को शहर से बहुत अलग करता है।

हर पल नए उत्साह के साथ जीना हो तो हमें कुछ नया सोचना होगा। वर्ष 2014 बीत चुका है और अब नया वर्ष 2015 आ गया है। नए वर्ष में नई सोच, हमारे अंदर नया उत्साह भरेगी और हमें नए तरीक़े से जीने का संदेश भी देगी। नए वर्ष को नए संकल्प के साथ जीते हुए हमें अपने विचारों में भी परिवर्तन लाना होगा। हमें नए वर्ष का आनंद अत्यंत अनुशासित रहकर मनाना होगा। नए वर्ष का आनंद ऐसा होना चाहिए, जिसमें पूरी भारतीय संस्कृति का रंग हो और उमंग ऐसी हो कि लोग कहें कि सच्ची प्रसन्नता तो इसे ही कहते हैं।  
नव वर्ष की ढेर सारी शुभकामनाओं के साथ यह अंक आप सभी पाठकों को समर्पित करते हुए हमें अपार हर्ष की अनुभूति हो रही है।

जल के बिना जीवन चल नहीं सकता। जल ईश्वर का स्वरूप है, इसलिए जल की हर बूंद के महत्व को हमें समझना चाहिए। जल को समूची पृथ्वी का अमृत मानना गलत नहीं होगा। क्या कभी आपने जल के बगैर जीवन की कल्पना की है। हमें पल-पल जल की जरूरत पड़ती है। जल कल भी जरूरी था, आज भी है और कल भी रहेगा, ऐसी स्थिति में हर पल जल का संचय कैसे किया जाए, इसके बारे में गंभीरता से सोचना होगा। जल एक अमूल्य निधि है, इस निधि को किसी भी कीमत पर खत्म नहीं होने देना है, इसलिए इसे बचाने के लिए हम सभी को एक साथ आगे आना होगा। आइए, समाप्त होते इस वर्ष पर यह संकल्प लें कि जल की एक बूंद भी बर्बाद नहीं होने देंगे।

बचपन उम्र की वह दहलीज है, जहां फूलों सी चहचहाहट के साथ-साथ रूठना-मनाना और जिद पर अड़ना होता है। बच्चों के बीच हम भी बच्चे बन जाते हैं, एक ऐसी दुनिया में पहुंच जाते हैं, जहां बस खुशियां ही खुशियां बसती हैं। यद्यपि बदलते दौर के साथ बच्चों की जीवन शैली भी बदली है, उनके शिक्षा स्तर, रचनात्मकता, कला-कौशल आदि में आपेक्षित परिवर्तन परिलक्षित हो रहे हैं। बालवाड़ी, आंगनवाड़ी, पालनाघरों इत्यादि में बच्चों की परवरिश की परंपरा में लगातार वृद्धि हुई है। रात्रिकालीन स्कूल और अनाथालयों में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों की संघर्षरत दुनिया के बीच रूपहले परदे पर अपनी मासूमियत से किसी का भी दिल जीत लेनेवाले बच्चों का भी अपना संसार है।

दीपावली दीपों का त्यौहार है, यह हमें सदैव उल्लास और स्फूर्ति और जीवन के प्रति आशा और विश्वास बनाये रखने की प्रेरणा देती है। दीपावली का दीपक महज एक दीया नहीं होता बल्कि यह ज्ञान का दीपक होता है जो हमारे भीतर के अंधकार को नष्ट कर देता है और उजाला बिखेर देता है। वेदों में प्रकाश की महिमा का अद्भुत वर्णन है, जो हमें बताता है कि दीपावली में देवी लक्ष्मी और भगवान गणेश का पूजन हमें सभी विघ्नों से दूर रखता है और हमारी दरिद्रता को दूर कर धन व ऐश्वर्य से परिपूर्ण करता है।

भाषा न सिर्फ संवाद का माध्यम है बल्कि ये दिलों को जोड़ती भी है। संस्कृत सभी उच्च भाषाओं की जननी है। हिन्दू धर्म से जुड़े लगभग सभी धर्मग्रन्थ संस्कृत भाषा में ही है। ऋग्वेद से लेकर वर्तमान काल तक के साहित्य के स्वर्णिम काल में संस्कृत भाषा का महत्व सर्वाधिक है। इतना समृद्ध और वृहद साहित्य, संसार में किसी दूसरी भाषा के पास नहीं है। आज भी हिन्दू धार्मिक संस्कारों और यज्ञ एवं पूजा के विधानों में संस्कृत में रचित मंत्रोच्चारण ही प्रचलित और पवित्र माने जाते हैं।

रक्षा बंधन का त्यौयहार भाई का बहन के प्रति प्याार का प्रतीक है। श्रावण मास के पूर्णिमा के दिन मनाया जाने वाला यह त्यौहार जहां एक ओर भाइयों के दीर्घायु होने की कामना करता है वहीं दूसरी ओर बहनों को हर मुसीबत से रक्षा का वचन देता है। भारतीय संस्कृति में यह रक्षा सूत्र सिर्फ एक धागा नहीं बल्कि वीरता, जिम्मेदारी, प्रेम, सौहार्द और रिश्तों की गरिमा को एक नया अर्थ प्रदान करता है। इसी प्रकार स्वतंत्रता दिवस के मौके पर देश की आजादी के लिये कुर्बान हुये शहीदों को नमन करता हूं। साथ ही इस स्वतंत्रता को यथावत बनाये रखने के लिये सरहद पर तैनात तमाम जवानों का भी आभार व्यक्त करता हूं जो भारत माता की अखण्डता में चार चाँद लगाये हैं।

सभी ऋतुओं का अपना अलग-अलग महत्व होता है लेकिन इनमें वर्षा ऋतु का सर्वाधिक महत्व है, क्योंकि जल ही जीवन है। जल के बिना जीवन की कल्पना ठीक उसी प्रकार है, जैसे स्पंदन के बिना ह्दय। बारिश हमें त्याग और सेवा की प्रेरणा देती है। जिस प्रकार यह बूंदों के रूप में हमें जीवन प्रदान करती है, उसी प्रकार हमें भी जीवन में त्याग और सेवा की भावना को अपनाना चाहिए।
बारिश की एक-एक बूंद कीमती है। इन्हें सहेज कर रखना हर व्यक्ति का कर्तव्य है। आइए, इस मानसून में हम सब प्रण लें कि वर्षा के पानी को सही ढ़ंग से संरक्षित करेंगे और पानी की बर्बादी को रोकेंगे। 
संस्कार पत्रिका का वर्षा अंक इसी जनकल्याण की भावना के साथ आपको समर्पित कर रहा हूं।

मानव जीवन को पवित्र एवं मर्यादित बनाने के लिये संस्कारों का निर्माण किया गया है। उन संस्कारों में विवाह संस्कार न सिर्फ स्त्री एवं पुरुष दोनों के लिये बल्कि समाज में मर्यादा बनाये रखने के लिये अति आवश्यक है। हमारे ऋषि- मुनियों ने विवाह रूपी व्यवस्था को संगठित एवं नियमबद्ध करके हमें एक सभ्य एवं सुसंस्कृत समाज दिया है। लगभग हर धर्म, जाति, समुदाय में विवाह के अलग-अलग रूप और विधियां हैं परन्तु जहां अन्य धर्मों में विवाह परस्पर समझौते का प्रतीक है वहीं हिन्दू धर्म में यह जन्म-जन्मांतर का बन्धन माना गया है। संस्कार पत्रिका का \'विवाह\' अंक आपको समर्पित करते हुये मुझे अपार हर्ष की अनुभूति हो रही है। बदलते समय में विवाह के सभी रूप एवं विधि-विधानों की जानकारी देते हुये विवाह संस्था के उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना करता हूं।

मानव मन में जितनी भी कल्पनायें उठती हैं, उनमें से अधिकांश पर्यटन या देशाटन का ही परिणाम होता है। यदि हम पर्यटन न करें तो अपनी बौद्धिक और सांस्कृतिक सम्पदा का ज्ञान प्राप्त नहीं कर पायेंगे। हम उन अनुभूतियों को नहीं जान पायेंगे, जो पर्यटक हिम आच्छादित पर्वतों से लेकर राजस्थान के तपते रेगिस्तान की तपिश में भ्रमण कर महसूस करते हैं। अतः पर्यटन शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य के साथ-साथ मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए अति आवश्यक है। इसी प्रकार हास्य जीवन में रंग भर देता है। किसी का हंसता हुआ चेहरा हमारे मलिन मुख को भी हंसा देता है। हास्य और पर्यटन हमारे विकास के लिए उतने ही महत्वपूर्ण हैं, जितना शांति के लिए मौन और आध्यात्म। संस्कार पत्रिका का यह अंक पर्यटन और हास्य के समर्पित करते मुझे अपार हर्ष की अनुभूति हो रही है। आप सभी इस ग्रीष्मावकाश में हंसते-हंसाते पर्यटन का आनंद लें।

जब जीवन नियमों और मर्यादाओं से चलता है तो समाज व्यवस्थित रहता है। भगवान राम को हम मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम के रूप में जानते हैं। एक राजकुमार होते हुए भी उन्होंने अपने पिता के वचन को पूरा करने के लिए सहर्ष वनवास स्वीकार कर लिया। भगवान राम के इस आचरण ने संपूर्ण भारत सहित विश्व को कर्तव्यपालन का संदेश दिया। भगवान राम ने पुत्र धर्म, पति धर्म, भ्रात धर्म, राज धर्म समेत हर धर्म और रिश्ते को संपूर्ण गरिमा से निभाया। अगर सभी मनुष्यों में भगवान राम का अंश व्याप्त हो जाये तो इस धरती से अन्याय और अधर्म का संपूर्ण नाश हो जायेगा। अतः हमारा लक्ष्य अपने भीतर छुपे राम को उभारने का होना चाहिए।

हमारे देश में त्यौहारों की परंपरा प्राचीन काल से ही है। रंग पर्व होली उस परंपरा का सबसे मजबूत स्तंभ है। होली मात्र रंगों का पर्व नहीं है, बल्कि यह जीवन के एकाकीपन को खत्म कर उसमें उत्साह के रंग भरता है। वर्ष भर हम राग-द्वेष, अपना-पराया, ऊँच-नीच, अमीर-गरीब के सामाजिक आंडबरों में जीते हैं लेकिन होली के आते ही एक हो जाते हैं। होली एक एक-दूसरे को गुलाल लगाकर गले लगाते ही सारे गिले- शिकवे दूर हो जाते हैं। अगर हम होली में सिर्फ शरीर को रंग से रंगने के बजाये मन को रंगों से रंगे तो जीवन में भी नयापन आएगा।

समय व परिस्थितियों के अनुसार मानवीय जीवन में कभी सकारात्मक तो कभी नकारात्मक बदलाव आते रहते हैं। सकारात्मकता के साथ जो व्यक्ति बदलते समय का स्वागत करता है, वह विजयी होता है, उसका जीवन सुखमय होता है। सकारात्मकता जीवन की एक ऐसी डोर है, जो हमें आनंद की ओर ले जाती है। आनंद पाना ही जीवन का अंतिम लक्ष्य होता है। अतः हम सभी को अपने जीवन को सकारात्मक बनाने का संकल्प लेना चाहिए। इस संकल्प को मजबूती देने के लिए हमें अपने विचारों को संस्कारित बनाने की जरूरत है। अपने आचरण को अनुशासित बनाने की जरूरत है। नववर्ष की ढेर सारी शुभकामनाओं के साथ यह अंक आप पाठकों को समर्पित करते हुए हमें अपार हर्ष की अनुभूति हो रही है।

कभी भूलवश हमने किसी का ह्दय दुःखी किया है, किसी को कष्ट पहुँचाया है तो उसका पश्चाताप भी करने के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए। मानवता की सेवा करना ही मानव-धर्म है। आईये वर्ष की समाप्ति पर हम ये सुनिश्चित करें कि इस वर्ष हमने जो गलतियाँ की हैं, अगले वर्ष उसकी पुनरावृत्ति न हो। इसी मंगलकामना के साथ यह अंक आप सबको समर्पित करते हुए मुझे अपार हर्ष की अनुभूति हो रही है।

दीपक का हमारे जीवन में बहुत महत्व है। यह प्रकाश का प्रतीक है और अंधकार को दूर करने वाला है। यह खुद जलकर हमें रौशनी देता है। दीपक का यह स्वभाव हमें परोपकारी होने की सीख देता है। दीपक हमसे कहता है कि यदि किसी के दुःख को दूर करने के लिए कष्ट उठाना पड़े तो भी उठाना चाहिए। दीपावली में जलने वाले दीयों से जिस प्रकार जगत् में उजाला फैलता है उसी प्रकार ज्ञान व आपसी सद्भाव से जीवन का अंधियारा मिटता है। इन दीयों से सीख लेते हुए यदि हम दूसरों के लिए जीने का सकल्प ले लें तो निश्चित ही दुनिया में कोई वैर-भाव नहीं रहेगा। एक बार पुनः राम-राज्य की स्थापना हो जायेगी। चारों तरफ शुभ ही शुभ नज़र आयेगा। दीपावली के शुभ अवसर पर शुभ-लाभ की कामना के साथ, आप पाठकों को दीपावली अंक समर्पित करते हुए हमें अपार हर्ष की अनुभूति हो रही है।
