From the recent events we conducted, one primary issue that I kept coming across was the challenge faced by SMEs that are either involved in the logistics industry or require logistical support for delivering their goods and services. In today’s highly competitive business environment, where e-commerce and internet-based businesses are growing at a meteoric pace, logistics has become so vital that it can make or break your firm’s credibility and reputation.
