Cremades y Ginsburg, garantes del Estado de Derecho. Cambio16, edición 2.265

La edición 2.265 también trae en portada a Javier Cremades, probablemente uno de los juristas más reconocidos internacionalmente y quien ha logrado elevar el prestigio de la justicia española a su máximo exponente en el ámbito internacional.

“La justicia no implementa los cambios sociales, pero protege el derecho de la sociedad a cambiar”, dijo el fundador del bufete Cremades & Calvo Sotelo, mientras compartía el honor de estar en la sede del Colegio de Abogados de los Estados Unidos, la asociación de profesionales más grande del mundo.

En ese importante escenario expresó su deseo de que la distinción que la World Jurist Association y la World Law Foundation entregaban a la jueza sirviera para promover y defender la idea de que una sociedad que “no respeta el Estado de Derecho solo puede esperar violencia y el dominio por la fuerza”.
