‘Hard Data Helps In Driving Better Business Decisions'

Can you first tell us more about OneX and the kind of solutions it offers to retailers?

We are a technology and OEM agnostic company with the sole purpose of providing highly customized and curated solutions to our clients. Our idea is to sell both turnkey and modular solutions that value add to the retailer. We are active in 15000 stores across China and South East Asia and are trusted by 500 plus brands. We started our operation 6 months back in India. Our solutions help retailers observe intently and analyze critically. We provide them the ability to generate deeper consumer insights. The IoT integrated platforms drive seamless convergence of physical and digital dimensions through integrated hardware and software. Our services include customer recognition, data capture from POS, customer traffic analytics, heat mapping to understand productive spaces real-time remote operational management all of which help retailers make smart decisions all this with visually easy to understand dashboards. We provide end to end solutions with integrated analytics and also easy access through mobile and web UI.

So depending on the category, retailers can choose any one of your solutions, right?

Yes, they can pick and choose any one solution. We offer a prototype to any large retailer for a month which they can implement at any of their stores and share feedback. Also, the retailers are welcome to visit our India Lab in Bangalore and understand the system in action.

How much do the solutions cost for the client?
