BARE BUT BOUNTIFUL ….
Torani Store, the Designer clothing outlet in Delhi, draws deep inspiration from the rich Sindhi culture and recreates the heritage in the store’s stunning design and beautiful garments. The grand store has been designed by Bora Da`Designs.

The Torani Flagship store project was a short, yet memorable design journey for the design team at Bora Da`Designs, Delhi-based studio led by principal designers Udaai Batra and Navneet Kaur.

As Udaai Batra, Principal Designer, Bora Da`Designs shares, “It was exciting to have a client not interested in the modern or the luxury or the eclectic or any other style that we usually see. The brief was to create a clean space, devoid of any clutter in terms of displays. The idea was to hi-light the products that mirror the very heritage it draws inspiration from - the 16th century buildings comprising magnificent domes and beautiful curvilinear arches. The brief also required everything unfinished and antique, from floor to walls to ceiling. The space had to look bare and yet reflect the rich Sindh cultural heritage.”
