Lack of faculty

Four years later, the Government Engineering Teachers’ Organisation (GETCO) alleges that the commitments remain largely unfulfilled.

The higher intake follows strong demand for GECs, with all engineering seats being filled in the first round of Admissions Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) counselling for 2026-27.
