Actor-singer insists break-ups are the beginning of personal growth, not failure

Jennifer Lopez believes break-ups should be viewed as new beginnings rather than failures, saying the emotional pain of ending a relationship often leads to the greatest personal growth.

The singer and actor shared her views during an appearance on Kareem Rahma’s internet talk show Subway Takes, where she reflected on heartbreak, healing and moving on. “Breakups are not a failure,” Lopez said. “I honestly feel like it's a launchpad into your next best self.” She even suggested that people should celebrate the end of relationships.
