world’s top business thinkers, Robinson emphasizes how the nature of HR would best thrive and strive under situations directly powered by challenges and
indirectly by innovation. 

Taking our cue from his note, we have published this month’s Lead Story, “What are the required competences for HR to facilitate paradigm shift”, wherein the writer, Marianne J Franzen, recalls her personal experience of going through paradigm shifts.
