These words of Henry Ford, American industrialist and founder of Ford Motor Company, best explains the importance of working together as a team for achieving a goal or building a successful business or organisation. However, building a great and effective team is not something that just happens itself. It takes a lot of planning, hard work, thoughtful leadership and continuous efforts to get the right people at the right place and to keep them that way.

In an organisation, people talk about building a great team and working as a team, but only a few know how to create the experience of teamwork or how to develop an effective team.
