It gives us immense pleasure to present you the pre event HR Extravaganza 2018 edition of People and Management magazine.

We have been getting great feedback on our previous edition on CSR at workplace; various organisations presented their CSR activities and their contribution
has helped our readers strengthen their Organizational CSR strategies and served to prompt their seeking engagement with contributors to facilitate programs
and interventions leveraging their expertise. Many other organisations want to contribute their write ups on their CSR ventures. We shall soon come out with
another edition based on CSR at workplace.

People and Management had an opportunity to have a first-hand lesson from the mind master himself at the Great Place to work Annual conference, Mumbai, on 21 Feb’19. We spoke about Mind Mapping, about the future and how we are already equipped to deal with any possible thing or challenge that could ever come in our way; how organizations are using it & much more.
