These words of George LaRocque, one of the top infl uencers and thought leaders in the world of B2B human resources and workforce technology, clearly points to the rise of the contingent workforce and a shift in HR strategies. This means there is an increase in people who come to a company — equipped with basic skills and abilities — but don’t camp out and stay for the long haul. These workers are unaffiliated with the company’s brand for legal and compliance reasons. When the tasks are completed, they go home.
