Coimbatore-based Nestling Technologies India Private Limited is a name that has become synonymous with a range of world-class cotton contamination clearers. Medex Teknologies, whose textile division has emerged as a key player in the spindle monitoring product segment, has now merged with Nestling Technologies. With the merger, Nestling Technologies will offer ‘i-Spin’, a spindle monitoring system, in the market. Going into details regarding the development, S Chandrasekaran, Managing Director, Nestling Technologies, stated: “Yes, we have signed an MOU with Medex Teknologies which has got two divisions, one engaged in medical and another in textile. The textile division is going to merge with Nestling Technologies.”

Aligned with Core Philosophy

According to Chandrasekaran, the product from Medex Teknologies was in alignment with Nestling Technologies’ core philosophy. “Our philosophy is to have three value creations at the customer’s place. These are purified cotton, dignified threads, and elegant fabrics. These three values are going to give the required competitive edge to our customers and in turn, would help to create a healthy customer experience for their customers. This approach is also in alignment with Medex Teknologies’ core philosophy,” he added.
