Land’s End Hotel reopens after blaze
Western Morning News
|July 02, 2026
CORNWALLS famous Land’s End Hotel, which was damaged after a “devastating” fire broke out next to the property last summer, has reopened following a £1.2 million refurbishment, writes Hannah Baker.
The historic cliff-top hotel’s revamp includes upgrades to its 30-plus bedrooms and a refresh of the restaurant, bar and terrace. The venue has also launched a new seasonal menu.
Owner Heritage Great Britain announced the refurbishment last year after the fire affected the hotel’s operations. Trevor Broome, Land’s End Hotel's general manager, said it had taken “a full team effort” to get the hotel “back up and operating”
