Reduce jet lag
1 BEFORE YOU GO
Get plenty of rest, and start going to bed and getting up earlier/later, depending on the time zone you're travelling to.
2 DURING THE FLIGHT
Drink plenty of water and move regularly. Try to sleep when it's night-time at your destination. Wearing an eye mask and inserting earplugs might help.

Change your sleep schedule to that of your new time zone as quickly as possible, and make sure you go outside during the day - natural light will help your body clock adjust to the new situation.
