Get plenty of rest, and start going to bed and getting up earlier/later, depending on the time zone you're travelling to.
2 DURING THE FLIGHT
Drink plenty of water and move regularly. Try to sleep when it's night-time at your destination. Wearing an eye mask and inserting earplugs might help.
3 WHEN YOU ARRIVEChange your sleep schedule to that of your new time zone as quickly as possible, and make sure you go outside during the day - natural light will help your body clock adjust to the new situation.
