Why having a good giggle benefits your mind and body
-

As the saying goes, 'Laughter is the best medicine.' A belly-laugh really is good for your health because it causes you to take in more air, which increases the flow of oxygen around your body. Think of it as a workout for your heart and lungs. No gym membership required!
It's good for your mental health too
