Why having a good giggle benefits your mind and body
-

When was the last time you laughed until the tears rolled down your face? And no, sending an emoji doesn't count! It 's just what the doctor ordered
As the saying goes, 'Laughter is the best medicine.' A belly-laugh really is good for your health because it causes you to take in more air, which increases the flow of oxygen around your body. Think of it as a workout for your heart and lungs. No gym membership required!
It's good for your mental health too
What better way to lift the spirits than a good old giggle?
