Die wildbedryfkalender is in 2016 afgesluit met die Professionele Jagtersvereniging van Suid-Afrika (Phasa) se 39ste konvensie en algemene jaarvergadering. Die wildbedryf bestaan egter uit die wildboerdery- sowel as die jagbedryf − die een is afhanklik van die ander vir hul voortbestaan.
