In this issue, we are carrying an article on “National Food Security Act” which has always been of significant importance to India. Inspite of India achieving a high growth rate, hunger still exists in India due to shortage and misdistribution of food. The obtaining limit /purchasing capacity of the family for nutritious and quality sustenance is another basic factor that adds to extensive scale hunger in India. Is there a difference between merger, amalgamation and acquisition! To get a peep into these terms, we are carrying an article.
