यह आगामी प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के लिए विशेषांक है। इसमें आगामी परीक्षाओं के लिए पर्यावरण, बजट प्रक्रिया और आपदा प्रबंधन पर विशेष सामग्री प्रस्तुत की गई है जो प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के साथ मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए भी अति उपयोगी है।

यह अंक वस्तुतः विशेषांक है। इसलिए इसे ‘वार्षिकी’ नाम दिया गया है। इसमें विगत एक वर्ष की समसामयिक घटनाओं विशेष रूप से पर्यावरण, भूगोल, विधिक, विज्ञान व आर्थिक विकास घटनाओं को विश्लेषणात्मक एवं तथ्यात्मक रूप से प्रस्तुत किया गया है। इसे आगामी सभी परीक्षाओं को ध्यान में रखकर तैयार किया गया है।
वैसे समसामयिक घटनाओं का संकलन तो अन्यत्र भी प्राप्त होते हैं परंतु पर्यावरण, विधिक, विज्ञान एवं आर्थिक विकास पर विश्लेषणत्मक मानक प्रस्तुति का उनमें अभाव होता है और वे परीक्षा के मौजूदा ट्रेंड को पूरा नहीं करते। भूगोल और आप का यह वार्षिकी इस कमी को पूरा करती है।
