Even after 44 years of non-stop publication, the monthly Industrial Products Finder (IPF) retains its numero uno position for Industrial Advertising in India. A magazine that proved to be a boon to the nascent SME segment when launched in October 1972, IPF has since been a witness to the industrial progress of the country in general, and the SME segment in particular, during this period.

RAPID is the theme of IPF Annual 2016 issue, reflecting the fast paced developments in the country during the past year, in terms of policy initiatives and the gradual improvement in terms of actual implementation of programmes. RAPID is an acronym for Railways, Automobiles, Power, Infrastructure and Defence – the sectors of the economy most likely to perform well and generate demand for Capital Equipment as well as MRO products and consumables during 2016.

With the various initiatives of the present government in general, and the thrust on policies favourable to ‘Make in India’ in particular, major investments are being made in these five core sectors of the economy and the demand for products and services would certainly pick up over the next 12 months.
