Putu Juli Ardika – Plt Direktur Jenderal Industri Agro Kementerian Perindustriandi Jakarta beberapa waktu lalu menyatakan terjadi peningkatan investasi pada segmen hilir / industri pengolahan susu. Hal itu menyebabkan kebutuhan bahan baku selama 6 tahun terakhir rata-rata tumbuh 4%, sedangkan produksi susu segar hanya tumbuh 2,6%.
