Bandung (TROBOSAQUA.COM). Tepung ikan adalah sumber utama protein hewani di dalam komposisi pakan ikan yang porsinya mencapai 20 % dalam komposisi pakan.

Didukung program aplikasi Smart Aquaculture Solution yang memiliki kecerdasan buatan (artificial inteligence, AI), aplikasi ini meliputi aplikasi seluler yang diprakarsai oleh platform SAS.

Produksi udang dunia sepanjang 2000 - 2021 mengalami peningkatan, dan lebih dari 90 % yang dibudidayakan merupakan udang Vannamei.

Ikan Lele (Clarias.Sp) sudah lama jadi primadona ikan air tawar, pasalnya ikan berkumis satu ini banyak diminati berbagai kalangan di dalam negeri. Merilik ke sisi budidayanya, untuk keberhasilanya memerlukan beberpa faktor penting yang diperhatikan. Salah satunya adalah keseragaman ukuran benih lele yang dihasilkan baik oleh pembenih ataupun yang digunakan oleh pembudidaya pembesaran. Ketidakseragaman benih cukup merugikan bagi kedua segmen budidaya lele tersebut.
Menelisik lebih jauh mengenai seberapa pentingnya keseragaman lele yang dibudidayakan, TROBOS Aqua mewawancarai beberapa narasumber. Salah satunya Sahban I Setioko selaku pembenih lele di Pasir Gaok, Bogor.

Prof Nurul membawakan materi tentang adopsi teknologi nanobuble dan mikrobuble pada akuakultur. Ia menjelaskan teknologi yang terbaru pada bidang aerator adalah nanobule, diman ukuran partikel gelembung udara jauh lebih kecil dari mikrobule sampai tidak terlihat secara kasat mata. Penggunaan nanobuble dapat meningkatkan kadar oksigen terlarut secara signifikan dan dalam waktu yang lebih lama ketimbang mikrobuble. Kondisi ini membuat komoditas akaukultur yang dipelihara bisa lebih sehat dan mendukung pertumbuhan yang lebih cepat.

Koalisi Rakyat untuk Keadilan Perikanan (Kiara) mendesak Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mendalami kasus suap ekspor benih lobster yang menyeret Edhy Prabowo sampai kepada aktor-aktor besar, tidak berhenti pada mantan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan dan staf.

Terjadi pergeseran pola permintaan dari sebelumnya food service ke food retail yakni supermarket,” ujar Frans kepada TROBOS Aqua baru-baru ini.
