After holding Talkshow "Milk Processing Industry Synergicity with Dairy Farmers" in the framework of National Milk Day which falls on June 1, Chairman Cattle Buffalo Club (CBC) Fapet Unpad Ramaulana Rizqi Mutyar said the national dairy conditions are now entered in an emergency is an indication of the decline number of dairy cooperatives, dairy cattle population and milk production. As he found from the data of the Association of Indonesian Milk Cooperatives (GKSI), all of these indications occurred in West Java in the period 2010-2017. He is worried about the condition will worsen each year.

Citing data from the National Dairy Council, he regrets the contribution of domestic fresh milk (SSDN) to only 20%. Whereas two decades ago the production of SSDN can contribute 50% to the national milk production.
