Apple has confirmed that its next generation of operating systems—including iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS 26 Tahoe, watchOS 13, and visionOS 3—will roll out globally on September 15, 2025.

The updates, first previewed at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference in June, bring new Al-powered features under the Apple Intelligence umbrella, as well as refinements to design, performance, and cross-device integration.
IOS 26: APPLE INTELLIGENCE AT THE CORE
iOS 26 is the flagship of Apple's fall software release, debuting with expanded Apple Intelligence features designed to assist with writing, summarizing, and personal context across apps like Mail, Notes, and Messages. While Siri’s full Al overhaul is still slated for 2026, iOS 26 introduces improved proactive suggestions, a redesigned notification system, and tighter integration with apps through Smart Actions.
The update also includes Call Screening with Silence Unknown Callers, enhanced privacy settings for app tracking, and a refreshed Photos app that uses on-device machine learning to create more advanced Memories and object recognition.
