While Apple remains one of the world’s largest smartphone manufacturers, Cook emphasized balance — urging users to devote more time to off-screen activities.

The message stands out precisely because it comes from the head of a company whose flagship product is the iPhone.

Screen Time, Focus modes, notification summaries, and app usage reports are built directly into iOS. These features allow users to monitor and limit how much time they spend on their devices.
