HEATHER AND BABY DAUGHTER BOTH DIED IN TRAGEDY

- ROBSON McCALLISTER

Tribute to crash victim mum-to-be ahead of birthday

A DEVASTATED family have spoken of losing “two lives and two futures” after a Birmingham mum-to-be died in a car crash.

Heather Allen, from Stechford, was just 25 when a car in which she was travelling hit a tree in Nuneaton last September. She was 23 weeks pregnant and expecting a baby girl called Blossom, who could not be saved.

Heather's friends and relatives will mark what would have been her 26th birthday tomorrow with a memorial night at The Station Inn pub in Stechford from 5pm.

Her sister Myrtle told the Mail about the first birthday without Heather.
