STUNNING Terri Irwin is the widow of the real-life Croc Hunter — the late Steve Irwin — and now an insider says the movie version — Crocodile Dundee star Paul Hogan — wants to capture her heart!

Ironically, the pair denied buzz that there was a romantic link a decade ago, but sources say divorced Hogan, 86, who's worth an estimated $22 million thanks to his flicks about the Aussie tough guy, is seriously looking at Terri, 61, as a new mate.
