JLG is expanding beyond its access equipment roots, strengthening its position as a full-service provider with a broader machinery range and enhanced local manufacturing capability.
-
Established in 1983, access equipment provider JLG has grown to include more than 100 workshop staff and 75 field service vehicles on the road, with a reach that stretches across Australia — with branches in Sydney, Brisbane, Port Macquarie, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Perth — and into New Zealand.
Not resting on its laurels, the company is broadening its reach and range with new telehandlers, mini and articulated dumpers, and rough terrain forklifts, along with an expanded lighting tower range made at its Port Macquarie facility.
JLG Industries (Australia & New Zealand) Product Manager Arron Cooper said the business’ ambition was to be the definitive solutions provider for customers.“From new machinery across a range of industries, service, spare parts, or application-specific solutions, we want our customers to know they can come to us for support,” he said.
Many new product lines are currently available, with further expansions rolling out over the next 12 to 18 months.
“Customers enjoy convenience, more product choices, and the benefits of a trusted partner that continues to evolve with industry standards,” Arron said.
JLG also recently acquired the AUSA product range.
