ALLEVIATE ANXIETY

If you feel anxious about a big presentation at work or a family occasion, tuck into an orange first thing. The high levels of vitamin C will lower blood pressure, as well as suppress the presence of stress hormone cortisol in your system. ALSO TRY: Asparagus, milk, turkey.
