Are you feeling stressed out or lacking energy? Turns out can eat your way to happiness
Natalia Lubomirski

GET THE SLEEP YOU NEED

Not getting your essential shut-eye? Serve up some salmon. Like tuna, salmon is packed with vitamin B6, which is needed to make the sleep-inducing hormone melatonin. Sweet dreams. ALSO TRY: Kale, bananas, whole grains, peanuts, soya beans.

ALLEVIATE ANXIETY

If you feel anxious about a big presentation at work or a family occasion, tuck into an orange first thing. The high levels of vitamin C will lower blood pressure, as well as suppress the presence of stress hormone cortisol in your system. ALSO TRY: Asparagus, milk, turkey.
