If you spend a bit of time with a truly happy horse, you’ll soon realise that there’s an awful lot he can teach you about living life to the fullest. Here, we look at just some of the life lessons our horses are trying to teach us – if we just listen!
1. LIVE LIFE IN THE NOW
Horses live in the present. They don’t dwell on the past, or plan for the future. They are here in the moment. This is a very valuable lesson for all humans.
