Rosemoor tennis players smash it

Some players of the Rosemoor Tennis Centre, Raysean Appels, Carter Farell and Ulrich Schafer, were invited to compete at the junior nationals held in Bloemfontein from 1 to 5 April.

Ulrich Schafer, coach Petrus Koekemoer and Luchen Belelie.

They also took part in the Super 8 Free State Tournament from 27 to 31 March.

Raysean, in his first year in the boys U14 division, delivered a strong performance, finishing 13th in both the Super 8 and junior nationals singles events. He also reached the quarterfinals in the junior nationals doubles alongside partner Carter Farell.
