Former Mediclinic properties on the market

The former Mediclinic George and Mediclinic Geneva buildings are currently being marketed to interested buyers.

Mediclinic SA confirmed that some prospective buyers have had viewing opportunities that were arranged at the end of March, following continued discussions with developers and property brokers over the past two years.

To date, the company had not wanted to reveal its plans for these properties to the media, but in a talk at the Hawthorn Boutique Hotel last week, the Mediclinic Group's CEO, Dr Ronnie van der Merwe, hinted that they are on the market.
