Another road rage incident has claimed a life.

Last March 31, a driver of an SUV got into a fight with motorcycle riders in Antipolo, Rizal, and then shot at them with a gun when it became obvious he couldn't win. He hit three of them, as well as his partner who was in his vehicle.

But one of the riders recently died and so the police are amending one of his frustrated homicide charges to homicide.
