A PATH TO LONGEVITY

There have been many published articles and studies that look into how one can attain longevity. Some point out that one's lifestyle is a huge factor, others cite genetics.

There are those that say that its one's diet that counts, while others cite proper sleep and a regular exercise regimen as key factors. The said factors are practically endless.

Not to discount what those articles and studies are saying, but I came by an interesting video by Dr. Mike Gupta on YouTube on the matter.

In the video he says: "We all want to live longer and stay healthy as we age, but true longevity isn't found in pills or diets. It starts in the mind."

A specialist in longevity, Dr. Gupta says that learning to let go of one's frustrations and stressors is a powerful medicine that we can give ourselves, in a bid to find a path to longevity.

"When we stop holding onto stress, resentment, and control, our bodies and hearts begin to heal."
