How to banish Sunday SCARIES

As many as 70 per cent of us experience the Sunday Scaries regularly, with the figure rising to 75 per cent for people aged 18 to 24, according to research for the Government's Office for Health Improvement and Disparities.

"Next, write down what you look forward to this week.

"You could also make the planning fun by colour-coding and also include colouring in a daily period for 'me time'. By visualising it like
