Walford's gelding won't drop ball

DROP KICK (12.40) really knows his way around Carlisle and can score today.

The fields are big enough to create some decent odds and also small enough to give you half a chance on a card which is now all-hurdle.

It's going to be testing up these hills and bottom weight Drop Kick has a good chance of scoring.

Mark Walford's raider wasn't sighted in three outings to get a mark but that all changed on handicap debut when scoring here last month.

Drop Kick returned to finish second at the track but that was a stronger race and Jamie Hamilton can steer him home.

In the following event STRIDE ON (1.10) was another runner-up last time out who can gain recompense this time.
