Parliament salutes Lawrence, 88
A GRADUATE has been commended in parliament after completing a degree at the age of 88.
Grandad Lawrence Taylor graduated with a BA (Hons) degree from the Open University last month.
Lawrence, who left school in 1955, loved poetry all his life but decided to sign up for a course in English literature and creative writing in 2020.
