Pedro makes it five Blues wins in a row over sad Spurs

- RYAN TAYLOR AT TOTTENHAM STADIUM

CHELSEA stretched their winning run over Tottenham to five games - but will be gutted this victory wasn't bigger.

Joao Pedro got the only goal in the 34th minute to move the Blues level on points with their London rivals.

But Spurs barely laid a glove on Chelsea and had just one shot on target in one of the most comfortable 1-0 wins you're ever likely to see.

Tottenham fans made their feelings clear after seeing their side lose to the Blues for a 10th time in 12 meetings.

Mind you, that was only from those who had stayed to the bitter end.

It was somewhat telling that when Spurs were pushing for a goal in stoppage time, home fans were already leaving in their droves.
