MYSTERY: Malgorzata Wnuczek was 27 when she went missing in 2006

HUMAN remains have been found by police searching for missing Leicester mum Malgorzata Wnuczek.

Police confirmed yesterday that specialist officers made the discovery while searching land off Great Central Way as part of their renewed investigation into her 2006 disappearance.

Three police vehicles were at the scene yesterday morning, with a cordon in place.

Police announced last week that a new search of scrubland off Great Central Way, near Watkin Road, had begun, acting on fresh information.
