TWO of Derby County's longer-term injured players took a step on the comeback trail on Monday night.

Owen Beck and Curtis Nelson both played in the Rams' Under-21s win over Blackburn Rovers, a 4-1 victory sealed in a dominant first half.
Indeed, Danny Maye's side scored all four in the opening period, as Owen Eames put the visitors ahead in the first minute at the Lancashire County FA Ground.
Cameron Wilson's penalty made it 2-0 in the tenth minute, before Jamie Wahling added a third a minute later and a fourth just before half time.
