Does dynamic stretching improve performance? A new study says yes.
ONE OF RUNNING'S GREAT APPEALS is that it involves very little pre-activity faff. Shoes on, open the door, and you're off. But a new study* reveals the importance of including some pre-run dynamic stretching (think leg swings) as opposed to static stretching (think quad stretch).
