CHAMPIONSHIP DEADLINE TIME
Wales on Sunday
|May 18, 2025
THE deadline for Championship clubs that didn't make the play-offs to submit their retained lists to the EFL was yesterday.
-
A number of clubs, including Middlesbrough, have in the last 24 hours made their retained lists public - which means we are starting to build a list of the Championship players who will be available on free transfers this summer.
It's worth noting, however, that the deadline is to submit the list to the EFL and not a deadline of publicity.
With that in mind, as well as three of the four clubs to make the play-offs, there are still some clubs yet to announce who will be leaving their clubs this summer.
The EFL plan to release the full list on the second Saturday in June. In the meantime, there are already plenty of names on the list.
Here's every confirmed free agent so far.
