Potters to get shirty as they promote charity in Championship clash with Norwich

STOKE City will wear the new name of its official charity on its shirts this weekend instead of bet365.

The Stoke City Community Trust has been rebranded as the Stoke City Foundation with a revised mission statement of providing 'active communities, healthier lives, united by football' in and around Stoke-on-Trent.

bet365 has donated its sponsorship for this afternoon's Championship match against Norwich City as well as tomorrow’s Women's National League Cup match against Manchester United under-21s, so the charity’s new name will be worn on shirts and warm-up shirts.

Both men’s and women's teams will wear the branding of the University of Staffordshire on their sleeves as a thank you for their support of the charity. Mark Robins will have a Foundation badge as well as a badge supporting the PlaySafe initiative.

There will be bucket collections for supporters to make donations or they can do electronically in the club shop.
