Navratri fasting is a spiritual and detoxifying journey, but staying hydrated and energized is crucial during these nine days.
While traditional fasting foods provide nutrition, refreshing beverages can help maintain stamina and prevent fatigue. Here are some cooling drinks to keep you refreshed and active throughout the festival.
