70mph wind warning for North East

THE North East has been warned to expect gusts of up to 70mph as a yellow weather warning for wind was issued for tomorrow night and Monday.
-
The Met Office alert runs over 22 hours and will have an impact in some parts of the region.
Strong and gusty winds are set to hit the North East between 8pm tomorrow and 6pm on Monday.
