The West Cheshire Athletic Club teenager achieved a new personal best throw in the under 17 women's javelin of 34.89m for a silver medal, and cleared a new personal best of 1-60m in the high jump for a bronze medal.
Arwen contributed towards a club medal haul at Wavertree, Liverpool, of five silver and two bronze medals.
Dylan Gledhill launched the under 15 boys javelin to a new personal best distance of 41.66m for a silver medal.
Tristan Lee sprinted home to a time of 13.03 seconds to secure a silver medal in the under 13 boys 100m
