MG may be over 100 years old but it can still make super cars for modern drivers

SUPERMAN has a big logo on his chest signifying the House of El. MG has a very similar badge on the bonnet relating to its heritage too and sales, like the man of steel, are soaring.

The company sold 81,000 cars last year in the UK and expanded its dealer network to 156.

Globally, MG handed over 700.000 cars and were second only to Tesla in EV sales.

No wonder there are smiles all round as they launch their latest car, the MGS6 EV.

Yes, yes, lots of numbers and initials there but basically, this is a rather large C segment SUV which fits neatly into the MG stable between the MGS5 EV and the MG IM6, also an EV.

Although originally a very British brand, MG in its new form has been with us for some time now and this new car shows a far more confident company.
